Format Change for Currently Posted Listings

Beginning on September 22nd the format for Download your Currently Posted Listings will change.  It will now follow our Inventory 3.0 Template. Please ensure that you are able to utilize this file in the new format. The file you will download will be a tab delimited txt file.

This should simply the management of your inventory, as the open listings file will be identical to our inventory 3.0 file.

Why is there no customer support phone number ? I have been trying to track my urgent order for which I paid fextra or 1-2 day shipping (paid extra) since Monday Sept 21 and I have the order receipt but get NO reply to my question to the help line and there is NOT phone number to call. This is not an honest way to conduct business.
